Gulf State Park
Gulf State Park offers something for everyone. The park boasts over 6,500 acres of land and nature to explore, including nine different ecosystems. The park features 2.5 miles of beach accessible via the Gulf State Park Beach Pavilion and is home to an Interpretive Center and Nature Center, each featuring permanent exhibits and seasonal programming. For a change of pace, explore the 2,448 ft. of fishing at the Gulf State Park Fishing and Education Pier, bike or explore the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, and visit the butterfly garden. For dining inside the park, check out Woodside Restaurant. And, for accomodations, select from options ranging from cottages and cabins to RV and tent camping at The Gulf State Park Campground to The Lodge at Gulf State Park, a sustainable hotel.

Educational programming and tours are offered at several venues in the park, both by park staff and contracted vendor services. Beach vendors also offer options like parasailing and kayaking.
Park trails and picnic areas are open from dawn to dusk.
